1Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and win22 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the win22 website and all services provided under it.

By accessing, registering or using any part of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2User Eligibility

To register and use the win22 platform, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a private individual and not a corporate entity, unless with written consent from win22.
• Not found to have misused or unlawfully interfered with the platform's systems.
• Not aware of any legal prohibition in the jurisdiction where you reside that prevents participation in online betting activities. Users are fully responsible for complying with their local laws.
• Never previously been permanently banned or had an account suspended by win22.

win22 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all such accounts being closed and any balances within them forfeited.

During registration, users must provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Required information includes full name as per identity card (MyKad or passport), active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. win22 is not responsible for any losses arising from information provided that is false or inaccurate.

Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account password. If you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has become known to another party, you must notify win22 immediately through the customer support channels provided.

4Deposits and Financial Transactions

All transactions on the win22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Users may only deposit funds from legitimate sources that belong to them. Any attempt to deposit unlawful funds or money obtained fraudulently will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.

win22 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any deposit transaction deemed unusual or requiring compliance with know your customer (KYC) procedures.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in under 1 hour after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been verified by the user.

Before withdrawal processing is permitted, users may need to complete an identity verification process. This includes submitting a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or passport, as well as proof of ownership of the payment method used.

win22 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, breach of terms or unresolved compliance issues. Users will be contacted via email or live chat for further information if a delay occurs.

6Bonuses and Promotions

win22 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• A welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM1,000 gives a bonus of RM500, bringing the balance to RM1,500 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account closed.
• win22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The win22 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback that increases from up to 0.2% (Bronze) to up to 1.0% (Diamond). Progress through the VIP tiers depends on the user's betting activity over time.

7Game Rules

All games available on the win22 platform, including online slots, live casino, sportsbook and jackpot, are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or the actual results of sporting events. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical fault has occurred.

Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, win22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the user's account. Results or winnings arising from a technical error or system fault are invalid and will not be paid out.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the betting limits they set are in line with their financial means.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack or unlawfully influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated software, bots or third-party tools to influence gameplay is a serious breach of these terms.

8User Conduct

Users agree to use the win22 platform responsibly and to respect other users and platform staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of abusive, threatening or harassing language in any communication channel with win22.
• Attempts to cheat, manipulate or abuse the payment system or bonus system.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or unlawful financing activities.
• Sharing an account or allowing another party to use your account.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

win22 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the win22 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of win22 or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of platform content without written permission from win22, is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

win22 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. win22 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, secure, or free from technical errors.

Users acknowledge that online betting involves financial risk and win22 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users while using this platform.

11Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting win22 customer support. Before closure, all eligible funds will be returned once the required verification process is complete.

win22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms or conditions in this document.
• Identity verification cannot be completed within the stipulated period.
• Suspected fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity.
• At the request of relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Users showing signs of problem gambling who have applied for self-exclusion.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, win22 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the suspected activity while an investigation is conducted.

12Amendments to Terms

win22 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via registered email or a notice displayed on the website.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which win22 operates under its international licence. Any disputes arising will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
